: (1) A fund named Industrial Revival Fund will be established for the purpose of identifying industries that are sick due to internal conflicts and have the potential to be operated commercially and for the purpose of reviving those industries.
(2) The following amounts shall be deposited in the fund:-
(a) Funds received from the Government of Nepal,
(b) Amount received from Nepal Rastra Bank,
(c) Funds received from the participation of banks and financial institutions and entrepreneurs who want to be revived, and
(d) Funds received from other sources.
(3) After the initiation of this regulation, fifty percent of the total amount required for the operation of the fund will be received from the Government of Nepal and the remaining fifty percent from the Nepal Rastra Bank and commercial banks.
(4) The fund will be operated as a revolving fund.
